Tokyo Replay Center

Master Thesis Project (2013) supervised by Prof. Anastasios Kotsiopoulos. Data taken from the student architectural competition under the title "Tokyo Replay Center". The project is about a mixed-use multi-level building which hosts activities that refer to the art of manga and is located in the region Akihabara, Tokyo. The shops and expo expands in the first 4 floors of the building when the "key" space of it covers the 4 center floors of the building; under a weird geometry hides karaoke rooms of different sizes which can be rented for several different uses. Tokyo Replay Center also hosts an auditorium of 200 seats, two floors of offices for manga designers and a restaurant on the top!
